With its network culture, the joinery activity has several industrial sites offering local services and two specialized BtoC brands in France. The concrete activity is structured around ready-mix concrete, industrial precast concrete and insulated concrete forms and shows a real R&D approach and reactivity. Finally, the concrete activity pays particular attention to prevention and safety of its employees and waste management as part of its CSR approach.
HERIGE Group announced the April 30, 2024 that it has signed an agreement with the SAMSE Group for the definitive sale of its Building Materials Trading, Public Works and Natural Stone businesses (VM Matériaux, LNTP and Cominex).
