HERIGE completes the sales of its Building materials trading companies in Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guiana

As part of the process started in February 2016, HERIGE Group announced the completion on June 28 of the sale and participation of its Building materials trading companies in Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guiana (1).

 

Together, the companies (excluding Point Bois and VM Guadeloupe) generate approximately €33 million turnover over full year and employ 78 people. This operation will be recorded in the consolidated financial statements at June 30, 2016, after the acquisition by ATHENA Group led by Bruno Fabre.

 

In response to the challenges of a constantly-changing market and in line with its reorganization which began in 2014, HERIGE will continue to strengthen its business and improve its performance by consolidating its strong position on its key markets.

 

The strategic choice of its Antilles-Guyana subsidiaries sales aims at simplifying its business portfolio to better focus its investments.

 

Organized around activities that are structured with distinctive development projects, HERIGE Group continues its transformation in 2016 and acquires new rebound.
